  "activities": "<p>Als Kaufmann/-frau EFZ arbeitest du am Computer und hast regelmässige Arbeitszeiten, wobei deine Aufgaben je nach Grösse und Art des Unternehmens variieren können, von der Arbeit alleine in einem kleinen Betrieb bis hin zur Arbeit in einer speziellen Abteilung eines grossen Unternehmens. Als Kaufmann/-frau (KV) EFZ bist du das organisatorische Herzstück im Büro. Du bearbeitest und organisierst eine Vielzahl von administrativen Aufgaben, wie zum Beispiel das Verwalten von Dokumenten, das Sortieren der Post oder das Erstellen von Berichten. Ein weiterer wichtiger Teil deiner Arbeit ist die Kommunikation. Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und Partner. Du beantwortest Anfragen, erstellst Angebote und führst Verhandlungen- sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. In der Buchhaltung bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Zahlen stimmen. Du erstellst Rechnungen, überwachst Zahlungseingänge und -ausgänge und hilfst bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten. Deine Organisationsfähigkeiten sind auch gefragt, wenn es um die Planung und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Veranstaltungen geht. Du stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos abläuft und alle Beteiligten gut informiert sind. Zudem arbeitest du an verschiedenen Projekten mit. Du unterstützt bei der Planung, koordinierst die Umsetzung und hältst alle Beteiligten auf dem Laufenden. Dabei lernst du, wie man Projekte erfolgreich von Anfang bis Ende durchführt.</p>",

  "furtherEducationInfo": "<p>**Erweiterte/verkürzte Grundbildung** Du kannst durch Kurse an Berufsfachschulen, Weiterbildungszentren oder bei Berufs- und Branchenverbänden dein Wissen erweitern und vertiefen. **Berufsprüfung (BP)** Nach deiner Lehre als Kaufmann/-frau EFZ kannst du eine Berufsprüfung machen und einen eidgenössischen Fachausweis erwerben. Damit kannst du zum Beispiel Fachmann/Fachfrau im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Marketingfachmann/-frau, HR-Fachmann/-frau, Treuhänder/in oder Direktionsassistent/in werden. **Höhere Fachprüfung (HFP)** Wenn du noch weiter gehen möchtest, kannst du eine Höhere Fachprüfung absolvieren. Damit kannst du zum Beispiel dipl. Experte/Expertin in Rechnungslegung und Controlling (HFP), dipl. Marketingleiter/in (HFP), Leiter/in Human Resources mit eidg. Diplom (HFP), dipl. Aussenhandelsleiter/in (HFP) oder dipl. Immobilientreuhänder/in (HFP) werden. **Höhere Fachschule (HF)** Eine andere Möglichkeit ist, eine Höhere Fachschule zu besuchen. Dort kannst du zum Beispiel dipl. Bankwirtschafter/in HF, dipl. Betriebswirtschafter/in HF oder dipl. Versicherungswirt­schafter/in HF werden. **Fachhochschule** Du kannst auch an einer Fachhochschule studieren und zum Beispiel einen Bachelor of Science (FH) in Betriebsökonomie oder in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen machen. Aber Achtung: Jede Fachhochschule hat ihre eigenen Zulassungsbedingungen. Manchmal brauchst du eine Berufsmaturität oder eine abgeschlossene HF, manchmal kannst du auch mit Arbeitsbeispielen zugelassen werden.</p>",
