At On, you are a valuable team member from day one. You won't just be watching from the sidelines—you’ll roll up your sleeves, take on your own projects, and actively help shape the future of On.
What awaits you:
Rotation system: You will gain insights into 6 departments (rotating every 6 months)
The start: You will begin in Customer Service—where you’ll get to know our products inside out and master communication with our customers worldwide.
The journey continues: Afterward, you’ll dive into 5 other exciting areas, including Finance, HR, Marketing, and many more.
Responsibility from day one: Whether it’s event planning or day-to-day business, you are encouraged to bring in and implement your own ideas.

You have successfully completed secondary school (Sekundarschule Niveau A / E).
You have a healthy dose of initiative, are curious, and love learning new things.
You enjoy working in a team and are open and communicative.
You have a good command of both German and English, as we are an international team.
You are passionate about sports, movement, and lifestyle.
